     If Barack Obama would apply for a job with the FBI or with the Secret Service, he would be disqualified because of his past association with William Ayers, a known  terrorist ex-convict.
Now that he was elected President he does not qualify to be his own body guard!

Beating a "Flag-burner" into submission is just another way of expressing your freedom of speech you know!  ;) 

   No US Flag protection from Congress? 

   So it's OK for some "low-life" to spit in the face of every person that served our country and every Patriotic US Citizen, by burning the flag and desecrating it before our eyes?

   Well then it should be legal for an "American Patriot", or someone that served our country in one of our armed forces, to be able to walk up to them and knock them right on their anti-American ass!   If what they want to do is trade offenses then there should be "open season" on flag burners...  (why protect one persons rights at the cost of another persons rights?  The right of a Patriot to defend the Flag.)

   Especially if the flag burner hasn't paid a personal price to enjoy the freedoms of living in the USA, and still wish to insult every Man and Woman that served in the US Armed Forces. They should have to deal with some of them on a one on one basis, and pay their "dues" directly to those that sacrificed for our country and flag if they want to commit the insult.  

   I have never witnessed anyone burning or desecrating our flag...  However, I can promise everyone reading this right now that if I ever do, I'll most likely end up being arrested for battery on that person and proudly state my case in court while they are punishing me for defending our beloved American Flag from some anti-American scum-bag. 

   Hundreds of thousands of Patriots have died protecting what that flag stands for and there are Men and Women still dieing while fighting under that flag... that symbol of the USA they can carry with them into battle.  And they didn't mean to die so some "Flag Burning Moron" could desecrate it.

    I think that any US Veteran should be allowed to beat the hell out of any flag burner they encounter, and not be able to be prosecuted for it.  

It should be their right...

   If they can fight for it on a foreign battlefield with honor, they can continue to fight for it on our own streets with honor...  And if they are arrested for it, we as Patriotic Americans should create a fund to pay for their legal fees so they can continue to fight for our flag in the corrupted liberal Courts if necessary.  

   We need to protect those that are willing to defend our flag, even if it's protecting them from our own Governments lack of a majority of so-called "Leaders" with any apparent common sense or patriotism.  

   There are just too many "Unpatriotic Americans" in Public Office these days (Barack Obama comes to mind) to effectively protect our country and the symbols that represent it, and something must be done about it the next time you're standing in a voting booth. Vote for the Patriot!

Our Korean Problem is

"Made In China" Too!

  North Korea would have to do more than fire a missile for a retaliatory response from us. I doubt any action besides sanctions of some type would be taken unless there was actual destruction done due to a NK missile landing somewhere.  One could probably land smack in the middle of San Francisco in front of the Mayors Office and as long as it didn't explode the Weirdo Liberal Anti-Americans living there would most likely oppose us retaliating.  

"Well gee whiz, it didn't explode, so what's the big deal?  Lets have a protest march instead, it's our Countries fault for not giving North Korea more of what they wanted in the first place..."   (Does anybody really think that if we helped NK they would actually not turn around and stab us in the back like France and many other Countries have done that we helped?)

Our Country feeds it's enemies, helps countries like China economically and moves industries to India and other second and third world countries until they end up getting so competitive that now they're competing for the worlds oil supplies... and we wonder how we got into the spot we're in with high gas prices! 

Keep buying Chinese and other foreign made products from countries that really hate us people, and someday if you’re unlucky enough our country won't be manufacturing a damn thing anymore.  From pots and pans, plastic products, food, clothes, chemicals, pet food, toothpaste, auto parts, shop equipment and whatever else you can think of, it gets "Made in China" shipped here and bought by total Morons that wouldn't notice they're the real  problem if it bit them right in their ass!
Do you always buy the cheapest products you can find? Are you a big fan of Wal-Mart? Well thank you for helping China inevitably screw us at the gas pumps you dumb shit!
     Don't feed the enemy...

Then we continue to play “Mother Hen" over South Korea and 50 years after the war ended there they still can't defend themselves from their Northern neighbors that China is Allied with. South Korea's resources instead, go into building new industries so they can manufacture and ship their products here where lame-brained people continue to buy it. Self-defense is secondary in SK because the US stupidly continues to play Mother Hen.
Although, if you must buy foreign goods, at least buy products from countries that are Allies and don't buy anything from countries where the profits will be used to make them more powerful than us. You just might be able to continue to live the standard of living you and your family have grown accustomed to.

Japan can’t protect itself either if China or even NK’s attitude changed. We're over there installing defenses because Japan, the country that brought us "Pearl Harbor" actually owns a great portion of America now and won't build it's defenses to protect itself by their own choice.  Un-like China, Japan not only wants to take our jobs and make us slaves to their manufacturing empire, but they want our Military to protect them too.  

What the hell is wrong with our Leaders in the last 40 to 50 years anyway for allowing this to happen?  

Is it that some people have to be kicked in the ass over and over again before they finally learn a lesson?

Why bother building your Military when you can take advantage of the USA, sell them your stuff and still have them protect you even while the US economy changes from a manufacturing climate to a service oriented climate.  

Either enter the service industry or be a slave to their manufacturing industry base they have built on our soil. 

Wake up Americans!

It's past the time we realized that there is no such thing as Patriotism when it comes to what once were known as "American Corporations" but are now calling themselves "International Corporations".  These companies would sell our country down the river to make an buck by helping to export our manufacturing jobs to cheap foreign labor.

The moral and final lesson of this story has yet to come, and we can still do something about it Friends, but the sun is setting on American manufacturing now.  You can still buy the American made products that are still being produced here even if they cost a little more.  Keep in mind that every dollar saved buying a foreign made product sells our future, your future, your kids future, your neighbors future... your Country's future down the road of no return that much quicker.  

Remember you read that, so you can think about the choices you made later if things get so bad you begin to wonder how it all came about.

Manufacturing has steadily moved out of the USA for years now, try finding a USA made TV set, radio, fax machine, computer, the list goes on and on.  Hell, even Levi Jeans has had problems because of the cheap foreign cloths that are flooding the market.  Did you ever think that the company that invented "Jeans" would actually be beat down by cheap foreign "Jean" copies?

If we don’t watch out, someday China may stop selling us the Military Uniforms it makes for us and we may have to actually start a textile industry here again to get more… That is unless we buy them from India, Mexico or somewhere else where our textile industry moved to.  

Wal-Mart became the biggest store in America by helping to undermine our manufacturing industries by predominately selling cheap foreign junk to stupid narrow-minded Americans.  Then paying some of the lowest wages in the USA to it's workers while raking in billions of dollars in profit so they could buy more cheap Chinese crap to have low-paid American workers load on Wal-mart shelves so other even dumber Americans could put it in their shopping carts... 

Then they go home and wonder just where the good paying American manufacturing jobs are going to.

 It's a circle jerk of stupidity and greed.

More people own American Flags "Made in China" than made in the USA these days!  

At least make sure the American Flag your buying and flying was made in the Good Old USA!

Ok... Bush Does Suck...

When George W. Bush was first elected US President, this website held high expectations of the new President and gave him the benefit of the doubt... clearly, our expectations have been shattered.

It is now without a doubt, not un-reasonable to declare that 

"The Bush Presidency SUCKS!"

His absolute mishandling of the illegal immigrant invasion as well as the general protection of our borders, resulting in the deterioration of the level of safety for American Citizens and his general apathy to the wants and demands of concerned Americans would lead any fair-minded American to cast a no confidence vote on his performance up to now.  

Who would have thought he could go against the will of the American People even more than he already has! 

Unbelievably, he has done it... now "El Presidente Bush" is allowing Mexican owned trucking company trucks to have total un-monitored access to our nations highways!   

As one news source properly puts it... 

"Are the drivers properly licensed and sober or well-rested with the legal amount of down time? Do they speak English or understand U.S. road signs? Will the trucks be carrying illegal immigrants, drugs, terrorists, nuclear or biological weapons or other contraband? Will they belch tons of banned pollutants into America’s air? Will lower-paid Mexican drivers put American truckers out of work? Will the trucks gut the tax base which supports the U.S. highway infrastructure?" Newsmax

Well the APFTE gives up on this self-centered President for good.

QUITE AN ANALOGY... 
I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and filled it with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food. But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue. Then came the poop. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table ... everywhere. 

Then some of the birds turned mean: They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket. And others birds were boisterous and loud: They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food. 

After a while, I couldn't even sit on my own back porch anymore. I took down the bird feeder and in three days the birds were gone. I cleaned up their mess and took down the many nests they had built all over the patio. 

Soon, the back yard was like it used to be ...... quiet, serene and no one demanding their rights to a free meal. 

Now lets see ....... our government gives out free food, subsidized housing, free medical care, free education and allows anyone born here to be an automatic citizen. Then the illegal's came by the tens of thousands. 

Suddenly our taxes went up to pay for free services; small apartments are housing 5 families: you have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency room doctor: your child's 2nd grade class is behind other schools because over half the class doesn't speak English: Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual box; I have to press "one" to hear my bank talk to me in English, and people waving flags other than "Old Glory" are squawking and screaming in the streets, demanding more rights and free liberties. 

Maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder.

Dear Dubya: America Don't Need No Stinkin' Reform! 

A comment concerning the State of the Union address delivered by President Bush on January 23, 2007: 

With all due respect to the President and his Mexican handlers and underwriters, America does NOT need immigration reform, comprehensive or otherwise. 

What this nation desperately needs is a President and Congress that will apply due diligence on behalf of America, rather than working for huge U.S. corporate interests, illegal aliens, and the Mexican government. 

In one of the most extraordinary statements ever uttered by a President in a State of the Union address, Bush said, in part, "We cannot fully secure the border unless we take pressure off the border." 

Too much "pressure" at the border, sir? 

Good grief, there are upwards of 30 million illegal aliens squatting in America right now--what "pressure" is the man talking about? 

Apparently, America could be "blessed" with another 100 million illegal aliens or so, were it not for all that "pressure" at the borders. And, from Bush's perspective, that would be a good thing? 

The truth is that Bush can solve the immigration nightmare overnight by simply living up to his constitutional responsibility to defend America "against all enemies, foreign and domestic." 

Or to put it more succinctly, Mr. President, secure our borders and enforce existing immigration laws. Period! 

Forget about "comprehensive" reform, which is nothing more than code-speak for amnesty. 

The President is reportedly a student of history. Perhaps he would benefit by boning up on recent immigration history. 

Namely: 
In 1986, the United States adopted the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) (Simpson-Mazzoli Act, IRCA, and Pub. L. 99-603, Nov. 6, 1986, 100 Stat. 3359). Go here: LINK 
IRCA was enacted to reduce illegal immigration, which was a problem for the American economy. Three million illegal aliens were granted amnesty as a result of IRCA. 

IRCA would have worked, and would still work--if enforced! 

Unfortunately, both Democrat and Republican administrations have failed (refused?) to enforce the IRCA. As a result, twenty years later, America is saddled with an additional 30 million illegal aliens. 

Most distressing is the fact that the "surge" from south of the border continues unabated, in spite of 9/11 and the threat posed by terrorists. 

Apparently the president would have the American people believe that securing the borders 8,000 miles from home is vital to U.S. homeland security, but that securing our own borders is not vital. 

And how can that be, Mr. President? 

Is it because, in your mind, illegal aliens are "good hearted, hard working folks" simply looking for a better life? 

And does that description also apply to the scores of millions of third-world peasants still in Mexico and other Latin American nations and thinking of invading America? 

All are good hearted and hard working? Without a single Jihadist, or potential terrorist, in their midst? 

Again, with all due respect to the President, America's experience with the 1986-amnesty fiasco proves that we need secured borders and rigid enforcement of our laws. 

The last thing we need is less "pressure" on the border and a hair-brained amnesty scheme. 

Or, to put the issue in terms even most illegal aliens could understand: 

America don't need no stinkin' immigration reform!

This text is from a county emergency manager out in the western part of Denver after the recent snowstorm.

WEATHER BULLETIN:  Up here, we just recovered from a Historic event--- may I even say a "Weather Event" of "Biblical Proportions" --- with a historic blizzard of up to 44" inches of snow and winds to 90 MPH that broke trees in half, knocked down utility poles, stranded hundreds of motorists in lethal snow banks, closed ALL roads, isolated scores of communities and cut power to tens of thousands.

FYI:

George Bush did not come.

FEMA did nothing.

No one howled for the government.

No one blamed the government.

No one even uttered an expletive on TV .

Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton did not visit.

Our Mayor did not blame Bush or anyone else.

Our Governor did not blame Bush or anyone else, either.

ABC, CBS or NBC did not report on this snowstorm.  Nobody demanded $2,000 debit cards.

No one asked for a FEMA Trailer House.

No one looted.

Nobody - I mean Nobody demanded the government do something.

Nobody expected the government to do anything, either.

No Larry King, No Bill O'Rielly, No Oprah, No Chris Mathews and No Geraldo Rivera.

No Sean Penn, No Barbara Striesand, No Hollywood types to be found.

Nope, we just melted the snow for water.

Sent out caravans of SUV's to pluck people out of snow engulfed cars.

The truck drivers pulled people out of snow banks and didn't ask for a penny.

Local restaurants made food and the police and fire departments delivered it to the snowbound families.

Families took in the stranded people - total strangers.

We fired up wood stoves, broke out coal oil lantern s or Coleman lanterns.

We put on extra layers of clothes because up here it is "Work or Die".

We did not wait for some affirmative action government to get us out of a mess created by being immobilized by a welfare program that trades votes for 'sitting at home' checks.

Even though a Category "5" blizzard of this scale has never fallen this early, we know it can happen and how to deal with it ourselves.

"In my many travels, I have noticed that once one  gets north of about 48 degrees North Latitude, 90% of the world's social problems evaporate."

It does seem that way, at least to me.

I hope this gets passed on.

Maybe SOME people will get the message that American Taxpayers Do Not owe you a living.  

APFTE NOTE: Over a week after the initial event the area was finally officially deemed a "Disaster Area".  But you didn't hear one single cry of "Racism" or "Discrimination" did you?  We know why... do you?  

It's a matter of background and upbringing.

    Loudmouth Joan Rivers says Mel Gibson deserves death for the anti-Semitic remarks he made during his drunk driving arrest. Considering all the nasty things Joan has said about people during her entire career it's amazing none of her targets have demanded her death for it yet. If Mel would have said something bad about Catholics, or Lutherans she may have probably enjoyed it or used it in her vindictive act.

  She doesn't even have to be drunk to say evil things about others and managed to build her whole career on doing it.  Joan is a hypocrite of the first degree and happens to be just too ignorant or crass to realize it.  Mel was drunk, and made a huge mistake, but Joan has made a living out of saying hateful things about other people.  

  Who is really the worse kind of person... Mel or Joan?  We pick Joan.  If Joan Rivers began apologizing this very day, it would take the rest of her miserable life to make up for all the nasty, vindictive comments she has aimed towards others in the past.

Mel Gibson: "Fu**ing Jews... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

   I've wondered about Mel Gibson's grip on reality in the past... fanatics seem to turn up in all types and styles don't they?

   I think it's that some people still hate him because of the movie he made about Christ that brings everything he mentions into the headlines.  Anything he says will be paid great attention to, and him being drunk enough to make an outright anti-Semitic remark will be brought right into the limelight in a "New York Minute", and that my Friends is pretty fast!   Mel seems to be a very enthusiastic person and people like that are prone to occasionally make a mistake.

   It not only was a stupid thing to do on his part but inaccurate as well.  Jewish People haven't caused all the wars in the world, but anybody with a brain will have to admit that religion in general, has caused many of the wars in the world.

   John Lennon may have had optimistic thoughts there, however, all he did was ask people to imagine what it would be like without religion and heaven and he was dragged across the coals for it.  One thing is guaranteed, if you disagree with some people about religion, you're asking for admonishment for sure.  

   Religion is the single most sensitive issue with the least possible proof that it even has any factual foundation in reality, that can cause one person to want to actually kill another one...  Some of them in the name of their God too!  

   Just what kind of religions "Supreme Entity" would impose death upon people that just didn't submit to it?  It's easy to believe the Devil would exact or condone such a toll, but a purportedly benevolent God?  

   Kind of makes you reconsider just what some people are actually worshiping doesn't it?

   Without religion, that hellhole in the middle east would just be another piece of real estate.  But the fact that several religions are based on assorted translations of what supposedly happened in the area thousands of years ago, fanatics from all sides are willing to kill and die for it.  How downright wacky can it get!  

Then again religion brings out the madness in some people... and many of them don't even have to be drunk! 

   What a shame and how ironic that "Religion," something that is suppose to bring you closer to the "All Mighty" has been the catalyst for so much suffering for mankind in that area and around the rest of the globe.  And what's more, this is only the tip of the iceberg, because the most fanatically intolerant religion of them all, Islam, is going to give the worlds population that doesn't want to follow it a problem for the next 50 years or so yet before either they are quelled or calmed down in some dramatic way.  I'll leave the dramatic way to your imagination...

    History has shown that since the "birth" of modern day religions, every 400 to 600 years a Crusades has been launched to stem the spread of one fanatical religion that causes so much death and pain to anyone that doesn't submit to it's follower's wishes.  There is a History of problems stemming from that single religion that seems to be an adversary to free thinking people.

 The last time, King Richard the Lion Heart and other Christian Kings managed to deal with the problem using only Swords, Shields, Bows and Siege Equipment and it took many, many years.  Now Fanatical Islam has grown stronger once more while the rest of humanity has ignored the inevitable, and now that same enemy of peace has raised it's ugly intolerant head once again.  Quite possibly proving that until one side totally eliminates the other, the world will be subjected to this sickening reenactment of fanatical events for the next 1000 years and beyond.  When it comes to Islamic Fanatics endangering innocent people, history has chosen to repeat itself again and again.  

   The most ominous thing about it now is, we've become technologically developed to the point we can obliterate almost every Man, Woman, Child and animal on our planet, but not emotionally developed enough to overcome or control our idealistic emotional religious beliefs... 

   This imminent Crusade may just let the "Nuclear Genie" out of the bottle... because these nuts believe it's good to die in the name of their cause and if that is indeed the case, then ironically, the next Crusades about 600 or so years from now, will most likely be fought with Swords, Shields, Bows and Siege Equipment again... 

   Allowing Atomic bombs to get into the hands of Islamic Fanatics is just like handing a Chimpanzee a loaded machinegun!

   Mel Gibson has apologized publicly for the remark and seems sincere about it, lets see if the Leaders of the A. D. L. are big enough to accept his apology, because we have bigger problems right around the corner.

Recently I was asked why many pro-illegal supporters marched under the banner of indigenous peoples rights. The tactic of claiming indigenous rights based on race and geographic distribution of indigenous peoples prior to European populations occupying North America is meant to subvert the US Constitution with an existing order of native law and claims to specific territory. Historically, a universally accepted form of law and tribal restraint did not exist on the level today's 'indigenous' peoples claim existed. Nor did specific boundaries and nation states exist as used for exploitation purposes of so-called 'indigenous' peoples.  This tactic has been devised by the American left (probably white academics with some knowledge of domestic sovereignty treaty) as an attempt to give anyone who claims indigenous ancestry legitimate claim and right to live within the established boundaries of the United States. 

The duplicitous standard that immediately jumps out at Americans is the fact that no indigenous claim to US territory can be established without an in-depth study of tribal history and an act of Congress under the very Constitutional law indigenous activists are attempting to trump! Those individuals who attempt to force this fraud on the citizens of the United States also rely on the very US Constitution to grant them citizen rights once they claim to be a domestic sovereign citizen. The definition of domestic sovereignty in the US has been applied numerous times from the 1838 Doctrine of Domestic Sovereignty through numerous treaties the US entered into with Indian Nations in the past. This application still exists today as 'tribes' suddenly find their ancestry and historical geography for the purpose of applying for gaming licenses and building a casino. 

Those individuals who think their mob mentality and sheer numbers of illegal occupants of US cities and counties will afford them instant US citizenship will either be granted guest worker amnesty with an opportunity in the future to legally apply for US citizenship, or will continue to live in the US illegally. The claim of indigenous citizenship with in US boundaries is nothing more than a media ploy intended to attract support from the ignorant left and sympathizers and the hope that this claim will someday end up in a federal court, suing for US citizenship.
One of the unspoken agendas of the academics leading this 'cause' is the secret promise of once millions of 'indigenous' illegals establish domestic sovereignty they can establish tribal governments and populations, be recognized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, immediately be given housing, commodities, natural resource rights, education and medical care and the immediate application to build a casino! 

Not only do those marches with the Che Guevara t-shirts and 'We were here first' banners think they will continue to receive taxpayer funded federal and state welfare entitlements, but they also have an opportunity to be instant millionaires once their tribal casino is built! 

Ironic isn't it, that communist influenced academics in the US use the carrot on a stick dream of instant wealth to fuel their revolution by attracting un-educated and irresponsible anti-Americans to their socialist cause. I can hear them plying their lies in secret meetings in the barrio: " El Casino is only a Congressional hearing away!" It's happening out there! 

I'm sure Teddy Kennedy will be made an honorary tribal member. 

His Indian name will be Buffalo Wallow Ted.

La Raza and the rest cannot provide jobs, cannot provide food stamps, free 
medical care, free housing, legal protection, or futures for the children of 
illegals.

The media makes these groups appear like a national political party. They 
are not. They are small and only as active and vocal as their aging Hispanic 
academic leaders. In the late 70's the La Raza group at the University of 
Colorado had two....2.....members. One of those guys became a lawyer and a 
county judge. The other guy graduated from CU and got a job with IBM. They 
were both American citizens talking this anti-American bullshit. Funny how 
good jobs and security trumped La Raza.

The same thing happens in the ghetto and barrio. I don't know one 
Mexican-American, legal or illegal (the illegals in this town have kind of 
disappeared) that wants to be a Mechan or a Razan. These radical over blown, 
over covered groups are just too small and meaningless.

I know when we read their stuff we get excited but believe me....even in 
LA....they can't beat capitalism and Democracy. Watch them over the next few 
years. A guest worker amnesty program would take all the wind out of their 
sails.

Want to put a La Raza community leader out of business? Fire him or her from 
their cushy tenured university job.

That's right. We have created in the United States and environment 
controlled by communists which is perfect for these asshats to cultivate 
their trash. They are protected by law and the US Constitution...which they 
scream they have rights under while they actively promote the over throw of 
the American government.

Fire these guys from their tenured jobs in academia and they disappear into 
some obscure intellectual elephant graveyard.

What about Karl Rove addressing a La Raza function? Doesn’t that give La 
Raza some credibility?

Rove did address a La Raza group. La Raza is trying to become 'main stream' 
by enlisting Hispanics in government and business. Those Hispanic 
politicians who 'belong' to La Raza do so solely for the political 
expediency they think they obtain from Hispanic voting constituencies.
The problem is, to be effective within the 'system', both in politics and 
business, the radical rhetoric must go but the facade of activism is allowed 
to be maintained, as long as the name doesn't damage the bottom line. We 
live in a world of window dressing. Again, regardless how La Raza portrays 
itself.....it's still a meaningless symbol of Hispanic sovereignty as 
Hispanics become mainstream. In a sense, we the People of the United States 
allow thin skinned Hispanics to keep their dignity by letting them show up 
with a La Raza coffee cup.

     The new catch phase for pan-patriots on the left is ‘Indigenous People’.
Indigenous people from Mexico are claiming they are the core of America’s greatness.
The indigenous people built, cleaned, landscaped, cooked and provided recipients for welfare in America. Soon there will be a door-to-door candy bar sale campaign by indigenous people. Don’t be shocked if the indigenous descendants of the Aztecs take credit for open-heart surgery. Competition Wading will be an indigenous Summer Olympic sport. Some Hollywood type will probably create a new reality show pitting a bunch of indigenous peoples together in an Indigenous Triathlon. The competitors will compete in a northern migration from Mexico into the United States. The winner will receive a million dollars and a series of deodorant commercials. 

I find it odd that all these indigenous humanitarians have abandoned the real indigenous peoples of Mexico. The Mexican government has no love for Mexican Indians. Human Rights commissions have confronted the Mexican government with countless accusations of cruelty and racism against Indians in Mexico. I guess in all the protest fanfare on the streets of Los Angeles seeks to forget the plight of real indigenous peoples south of the border. It wouldn’t look good for the indigenous spokespersons for America’s new crop of indigenous peoples to admit anything negative about Mexico. They’re goal is to ‘Mexicanize’ the United States. Do the new indigenous leaders from Mexico intend to seek out America’s indigenous people for exceptional treatment like the Indians in Mexico receive? If these people are indigenous Mexicans; why would they want to recreate the poverty and corruption of Mexico? 

If I had to compare treatment and protection of native rights between the United States and Mexico; I’d say indigenous people in the United States are treated better than indigenous Mexicans. I’m not forgetting or excusing the history of Native Americans and their treatment by the government of the United States. Nor do I deny their own history of pre-historic weaponry and warfare against each other. But today in the United States, Native Americans fare much better than Mexican Indians. Protesting and marching in the United States is a fairly safe undertaking for pro-illegal activists. I wonder how the Mexican government would receive such a protest march in Mexico?
I’d have more respect for some off these Hispanic pro-illegal activists if they told the truth about conditions for Indians in Mexico. I’d also like to see Mexico’s indigenous peoples attempt to occupy Indian Country in the United States. Knowing the resolve and survival instinct of Native Americans living on reservations, protecting their casinos and government entitlements; I’d wager my indigenous people could beat up your indigenous people.

Think About This...

I have come to think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is simply a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes these exist, but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus. 

Something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like, and how people react to it.. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about ten to fifteen years. 
The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two. 

We demand and then codify into law the requirement that our banks make massive loans to people we know they can never pay back? Why? 

We learned just days ago that the Federal Reserve, which has little or no real oversight by anyone, has "loaned" two trillion dollars (that is $2,000,000,000,000) over the past few months, but will not tell us to whom or why or disclose the terms. That is our money. Yours and mine. And that 

is three times the $700 billion we all argued about so strenuously just this past September. Who has this money? Why do they have it? Why are the terms unavailable to us? Who asked for it? Who authorized it? I thought this was a government of "we the people," who loaned our powers to our elected leaders. Apparently not. 

We have spent two or more decades intentionally de-industrializing our economy. Why? 

We have intentionally dumbed down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why we are worth preserving. Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, school boards continue to back mediocrity. Why? 

We have now established the precedent of protesting every close election (violently in California over a proposition that is so controversial that it simply wants marriage to remain defined as between one man and one woman. Did you ever think such a thing possible just a decade ago?) We have corrupted our sacred political process by allowing un-elected judges to write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana republic. To what purpose? 

Now our mortgage industry is collapsing, housing prices are in free fall, major industries are failing, our banking system is on the verge of collapse, social security is nearly bankrupt, as is Medicare and our entire government. Our education system is worse than a joke (I teach college and I know precisely what I am talking about) - the list is staggering in its length, breadth, and depth.. It is potentially 1929 x ten... And we are at war with an enemy we cannot even name for fear of offending people of the same religion, who, in turn, cannot wait to slit the throats of your children if they have the opportunity to do so. 

And finally, we have elected a man that no one really knows anything about, who has never run so much as a Dairy Queen, let alone a town as big as Wasilla , Alaska . All of his associations and alliances are with real radicals in their chosen fields of employment, and everything we learn about him, drip by drip, is unsettling if not downright scary (Surely you have heard him speak about his idea to create and fund a mandatory civilian defense force stronger than our military for use inside our borders? No? Oh, of course. The media would never play that for you over and over and then demand he answer it. Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter and $150,000 wardrobe are more important.) 

Mr. Obama's winning platform can be boiled down to one word: Change. Why? 

I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. 

This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again. 

And that is only the beginning.. 

As a serious student of history, I thought I would never come to experience what the ordinary, moral German must have felt in the mid-1930s In those times, the "savior" was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they should have known was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory. Conservative "losers" read it right now. 

And there were the promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and frowned and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his "brown shirts" would bully and beat them into submission. Which they did - regularly. And then, he was duly elected to office, while a full-throttled economic crisis bloomed at hand - the Great Depression. Slowly, but surely he seized the controls of government power, person by person, department by department, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The children of German citizens were at first, encouraged to join a Youth Movement in his name where they were taught exactly what to think. Later, they were required to do so. No Jews of course, 

How did he get people on his side? He did it by promising jobs to the jobless, money to the money-less, and rewards for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe , and across the world. He did it with a compliant media - did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and ..... . .. change. And the people surely got what they voted for. 

If you think I am exaggerating, look it up. It's all there in the history books. 

So read your history books. Many people of conscience objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and ridiculed. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though. And the world came to regret that he was not listened to. 

Do not forget that Germany was the most educated, the most cultured country in Europe . It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And yet, in less than six years (a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency) it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors.. All with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with them. 

As a practical thinker, one not overly prone to emotional decisions, I have a choice: I can either believe what the objective pieces of evidence tell me (even if they make me cringe with disgust); I can believe what history is shouting to me from across the chasm of seven decades; or I can hope I am wrong by closing my eyes, having another latte, and ignoring what is transpiring around me.. 

I choose to believe the evidence. No doubt some people will scoff at me, others laugh, or think I am foolish, naive, or both. To some degree, perhaps I am. But I have never been afraid to look people in the eye and tell them exactly what I believe-and why I believe it. 

I pray I am wrong. I do not think I am. 

Perhaps the only hope is our vote in the next elections.

Scenario: 
Jack goes quail hunting before school, pulls into school parking lot with shotgun in gun rack.
1957 - Vice Principal comes over, looks at Jack's shotgun, goes to his car and gets his shotgun to show Jack.
2007 - School goes into lock down, FBI called, Jack hauled off to jail and never sees his truck or gun again. Counselors called in for traumatized students and teachers. 

Scenario: 
Johnny and Mark get into a fist fight after school.
1957 - Crowd gathers. Mark wins. Johnny and Mark shake hands and end up buddies.
2007 - Police called, SWAT team arrives, arrests Johnny and Mark.! Charge them with assault, both expelled even 
though Johnny started it.


Scenario: 
Jeffrey won't be still in his 6th grade class, disrupts other students and is being rude to the Teacher.
1957 - Jeffrey sent to office and given a good paddling by the Principal and made to stand in hall for punishment. 
Later he returns to class, sits still and does not disrupt class again.
2007 - Jeffrey given huge doses of Ritalin. Becomes a zombie. Tested for ADD. School gets extra money from state 
because Jeffrey has a disability.


Scenario: 
Billy breaks a window in his neighbor's car and his Dad gives him a whipping with his belt!
1957 - Billy is more careful next time, grows up normal, goes to college, and becomes a successful businessman.
2007 - Billy's dad is arrested for child abuse. Billy removed to foster care and joins a street gang and ends up in 
prison. Billy's sister tells State psychologist that she remembers being abused herself and their dad goes to 
prison. Billy's mom has affair with psychologist and so does Billy's Sister... 

Scenario: 
Mark gets a headache and takes some aspirin to school.
1957 - Mark shares aspirin with Principal out on the smoking dock.
2007 - Police called, Mark expelled from school for drug violations. Car searched for drugs and weapons. 

Scenario: 
Pedro fails high school English.
1957 - Pedro goes to summer school, passes English, goes to college.
2007 - Pedro's cause is taken up by state. Newspaper articles appear nationally explaining that teaching English 
as a requirement for graduation is racist. ACLU files class action lawsuit against state school system and Pedro's 
English teacher. English banned from core curriculum. Pedro given diploma anyway but ends up mowing lawns 
for a living! Because he cannot speak English.

Scenario: 
Johnny takes apart leftover firecrackers from 4th of July, puts them in a model airplane paint bottle, blows up a red 
ant bed.
1957 - Ants die.
2007- ATF, Homeland Security, FBI called. Johnny charged with domestic terrorism, FBI investigates parents, 
siblings removed from home, computers confiscated, Johnny's Dad goes on a terror watch list and is never 
allowed to fly again... 

Scenario: 
8 year old Johnny falls while running during recess and scrapes his knee. He is found crying by his teacher, Mary. 
Mary hugs him to comfort him.
1957 - In a short time, Johnny feels better and goes on playing.
2007 - Mary is accused of being a sexual predator and loses her job. She faces 3 years in State Prison. Johnny 
undergoes 5 years of therapy.

If we do not wake up and take America back from the liberal socialists that have entrenched themselves - WE will 
not have a country , nor a free American society anymore.

CONSTITUTIONAL SCHOLAR OBAMA QUESTIONS LEGALITY OF SLAVERY BAN

This week, Barack Obama's challenge is to select a running mate who's young, hip, and whose accomplishments in life don't overshadow Obama's. Allow me to suggest Kevin Federline. 

The only thing we can be sure of is that Obama will choose someone who is the polar opposite of all his advisers until now. In other words, it will be a very, very white male who was probably proud of his country even before being chosen as Obama's running mate. 

Obama's got a lot of ground to make up following that performance last weekend at the Saddleback presidential forum with pastor Rick Warren. 

After seeing Obama defend infanticide with the glib excuse that the question of when life begins is above his "pay-grade," Rev. Jeremiah Wright announced that although he's known Obama for 30 years, he only recently became aware of how extreme the senator's viewpoints were. Wright, after all, has his reputation to consider. 

Network heads responded by dashing off an urgent memo: During the main presidential debates this fall, ask NO questions about abortion, ethics or evil! Morality isn't the Democrats' forte. 

Obama's defenders spin his abominable performance in the Saddleback forum by saying he's just too smart to give a straight answer. As Rick Warren charitably described Obama's debate performance: "He likes to nuance things ... He's a constitutional attorney." The constitutional lawyer "does nuance," as Bill Maher said on "Larry King Live," "and you saw how well that goes over with the Rick Warren people." 

If that's Obama's excuse, he ought to know a few basics about the Constitution. 

Did the big constitutional lawyer whose "nuance" is too sophisticated for Rick Warren's audience see the letter his wife sent out on his behalf in 2004? Michelle Obama denounced a federal law banning partial-birth abortion, writing that "this ban on a legitimate medical procedure is clearly unconstitutional." Clearly! 

The Supreme Court later found the law not "unconstitutional," but "constitutional" -- which I believe may have been the precise moment when Michelle Obama realized just how ashamed she had always been of her country. 

But most stunningly, when Warren asked Obama if he supported a constitutional amendment defining marriage as between a man and a woman, Obama said he did not "because historically -- because historically, we have not defined marriage in our Constitution." 

I don't care if you support a marriage amendment or not. That answer is literally the stupidest thing I've ever heard anyone say. If marriage were already defined in the Constitution, we wouldn't need an amendment, no? 

Say, you know what else was "historically" not defined in the Constitution? Slavery. The words "slavery" and "slave" do not appear once in the original Constitution. The framers correctly thought it would sully the freedom-enshrining document to acknowledge the repellent practice. (Much like abortion!) 

But in 1865, the 13th Amendment banned slavery throughout the land, in the first constitutional phrase ever to mention "slavery": "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." 

On Obama's "historical" argument, they shouldn't have passed the 13th Amendment because the Constitution "historically" had not mentioned slavery. 

Do we know for a fact Barack Obama has read the Constitution? Obama's Facebook profile: "I'm pro-infanticide, I love sunsets, and I don't get the 13th Amendment!" 

This is the guy who thinks he can condescend to Clarence Thomas? Asked at the Saddleback forum which Supreme Court justice Obama would not have nominated, Obama said ... the black one! 

In Obama's defense, he said he thought Thomas wasn't experienced enough "at the time." So I guess Obama thinks Thomas should have to "wait his turn." 

By contrast, Obama has experience pouring out of those big ears of his. Asked last year by Robin Roberts on ABC's "Good Morning America" about his lack of experience in foreign policy, Obama took umbrage. 

Swelling up his puny little chest, Obama said: "Well, actually, my experience in foreign policy is probably more diverse than most others in the field. I'm somebody who has actually lived overseas, somebody who has studied overseas. I majored in international relations." 

He actually cited his undergraduate major as a qualification to be president. 

But on Saturday night, Obama said he didn't think Clarence Thomas was a "strong enough jurist or legal thinker" to be put on the Supreme Court. 

I bet Thomas has heard of the 13th Amendment!

Death by Democracy

Unwanted Freedom

Clearly, based upon the voting habits of the average American ever since FDR introduced Big Brother’s “New ( Nanny State ) Deal,” freedom is just too tough for the average American. That’s the only way to explain why Americans are voting themselves back into bondage in an effort to trade their freedom for free-stuff.  

Freedom is worth less than free-stuff. Who knew, besides Marx and Lenin? It turns out that the father of Socialism Karl Marx was right, “Democracy is the road to socialism,” - at least in any nation where the people are ill-informed of history and apathetic towards their future.  

I have often pondered the logic of our Founders who saw fit to lay the future of the greatest free nation ever known to mankind in the hands of folks unable to read history, much less write it. In the end, it seems that entrusting freedom and individual liberty to folks who can’t even manage their own household might have been a silly notion.  

Unable to Manage Personal Health  

We must have government controlled socialized medicine. But since Americans don’t like the word socialism, we’ll have to call it something else. Maybe we’ll call it Universal Health Care. That sounds much better than socialized medicine, don’t you think?  

Unable to Manage Personal Wealth  

We have a “graduated tax” system by which we can legally confiscate privately earned assets “from each according to his ability” and redistribute them “to each according to his need.” Since this idea was also hatched by Karl Marx, we call it a “graduated income tax” so that nobody will notice what it really is. We’ll trade our unalienable individual right to define and pursue (earn) happiness for some government enforced greater good.  

Unable to Manage Our Sexual Appetite  

We are trading the unalienable individual right to life for more progressive conveniences. Since free-sex often results in unplanned parenthood, we’ll have to legalize a special kind of murder that only mothers are allowed to commit. We’ll call it “abortion” so that people won’t know it’s an innocent child being murdered. And since free-sex also tends to result in unplanned life threatening sexually transmitted disease, we’ll need a federal budget to take care of those who can’t take care of themselves once they contract those diseases. And last, since free-sex includes anyone or anything, we will need to re-define the term “marriage” so that everyone has equal access to all the government handouts designed to promote only the traditional family unit.  

Unable to Manage Our Work Habits and Productivity  

We need some ex-organized crime bosses to head up a few labor unions so that they can make sure that the least productive employees get their fair share of payroll and vacation time at the expense of those willing to do the work of three men. We’ll give up our right to succeed to avoid our right to fail.  

Unable to Keep Up with Politics  

We won’t waste time trying to read up on history or current events. It’s all just too frustrating and confusing anyway. We’ll just let union bosses use a portion of our individual earnings to buy the politicians they think we need. If that doesn’t work, they can always buy another one. Politicians are always for sale, some of them, pretty cheap. If we don’t belong to a labor union, we’ll just send a few bucks to the national committee of choice and hope for the best.  

Unable to Manage a Family

With our divorce rate now over 50 percent, and every household needing two incomes just to have life after taxes, children are raising themselves. Since we failed at managing the traditional family unit, it will indeed take a village to keep our kids out of prison or worse.  

Unable to Compete in the World  

Great competitors thrive on competition; they don’t run or hide from it. Though America was once the home of the greatest competitors on earth, those days are gone. Since we can’t compete with the world anymore, we seek to withdraw from the world, take our football and go home, outlaw or at the very least, use government restraints to keep other nations from outshining American productivity in the free market. We need to isolate ourselves from those who now out-produce us with better products at lower prices. It’s the only way we can return to being a big fish in our own little pond.  

I can keep going, subject after subject, and so can you. Clearly, the average person, even in America , is not well suited for self-governance, self-reliance or self-determination.  

In light of this news, it’s clear that freedom and liberty is one of those dangerous things that one should not try at home, even in America . The land of the free belonged to the brave, who were willing to risk failure in pursuit of success. According to the voting stats, that was generations ago, before average Americans opted for FDR’s Nanny State Deal and threw in the towel on individual freedom and liberty.  

Oh sure, we talk about loving freedom and demanding individual liberty. But when push comes to shove, we vote against these ideas and in favor of government issued economic security which can only exist in an environment whereby we take “from each according to his ability” and redistribute “to each according to his need.”  

Unwanted Freedom  

Real freedom is tough. Individual freedom comes with a few unsavory friends, namely individual responsibility and natural consequences for both our actions and our inactions. The right to succeed brings with it the inherent right to fail. The right to make choices brings with it the possibility of making bad choices. The right to make even bad choices carries with it the right to face the natural consequences of those choices.  

It’s all just too hard. That’s why many of our 300 million Americans have opted to entrust their lives and their entire future to just 545 special Americans. They place the entire nation and the personal well-being of 300 million Americans in the hands of just 545 special Americans whom they trust to know best and act in their best interest. Since we have made such a mess of our individual lives, we hope that these 545 special Americans will do a better job of managing the commune than we have done for ourselves.  

545 Special Americans  

One President, one hundred senators, 435 house members and nine Supreme Court judges decide everything today. This is the 545 special Americans entrusted with the total well-being of 300 million American citizens. They are indeed special… they must be.  

Nearly each of the 545 are millionaires, riding in limousines, flying in private jets, living in one or more mansions, wearing only the finest designer cloths and eating at all the best restaurants. Most of them were all but broke before grabbing the brass ring of federal office, but they will never be broke again. 300 million average Americans have seen to that.  

They write and re-write via interpretation, the laws they live above and they now decide what is best for every American since the average American has traded their freedom of choice for free-stuff from the public trough.  

It’s called an oligarchy and becoming one of the special 545 is easy. It’s a matter of knowing how best to pander to the desires of the electorate always in search of more free stuff. There are only 545 positions available, but anyone who can pander to the people fluently, can have one of these positions, even if they have a resume void of achievement like Barack Obama, a life long career of crime and corruption like Hillary Clinton or decades of working against fundamental American principles like John McCain.  

These 545 are very special. They are not held to any standard at all, so long as they can tell the people what they hope to hear, that more gifts from the public trough await them, and we won’t even be saddled with those difficult conditions inherent with personal freedom.  

This is the New American Dream  

The old American Dream of individual liberty and personal freedom at any cost has been traded for a more progressive American Dream of free-stuff at any cost, in search of a peaceful life free from natural individual consequences for the choices we used to make individually.  

Individual freedom has been traded for a greater communal good whereby every American will be given a government issued economic floor in exchange for accepting the government imposed ceiling that must come with it.  

Sure, it’s socialism. But it’s Democratic Socialism because every American voted for it, or failed to vote against it. America always has the government it deserves because it always has the government it elected.  

The majority of Americans no longer trust themselves with freedom, individual liberty and the burden of natural consequences for their choices. So they turn those decisions over to the 545 special Americans they elected to take care of every detail.

The Value of Venezuela

 The value of Venezuela puzzles me. I sit here and listen to the self-proclaimed culturally diverse shrug off threats of death and implementations of communism for culture, music and food. I can’t help but be disturbed by their ignorance. Calling Hugo Chavez anything but the next Stalin is like saying Al Gore truly cares about polar ice.

Hugo has recently declared a South American jihad against America. I know that term doesn’t sit well with some people, especially Venezuelan immigrants, but too bad. If you don’t like it go tell Hugo to shut up.

I thought of my personal value to Venezuela if I was ever forbidden to go there. Oh, somehow I just can’t see the loss. Ya know, kind of like getting “re-robbed” in New Orleans. 

President Hugo Chavez has recently over run his big mouth and has begun bashing America again. As if his tirade at the last United Nations assembly wasn’t enough. He recently spoke to his army and ordered them to prepare themselves for guerrilla warfare against America. He spoke among banners that said “Fatherland, Socialism or Death! We will triumph”! 
Funny, the last time I heard the words “Fatherland, Socialism, and Triumph” all in the same sentence, 
6 million unarmed Jews died. 

Liberals will come to the rescue of Chavez, and his Fidel Castro following, his socialist vomit and hypocrisy.
They will quickly forget that capitalism is what got him where he is, president of his country and worth billions. 
What liberals and proponents for Socialism don’t know is that Russia just sold 100,000 AK-47s , 53 combat helicopters, and 24 fighter jets to this Hitler wanna-be. The scary thing is that you’ve got to want to be before you can be. This guy has all the makings of a totalitarian freak. We’d better give him a preliminary punch in the nose or we’re going to be in trouble.

Anyone who keeps up with the news knows that Chavez owns Citgo. Citgo, soon to be named Petro Express, possesses a massive amount of gas stations across the United States and is amassing a fortune in U.S. currency while bashing America and stating that he wants to kill Americans citizens. If we need a war so badly, why go all the way to Iran? Hell, we’ve got one across the border! I mean, it’s bad enough that I am subservient to those middle easterners who want me dead at the same time as they sell me oil, but now Venezuelans want me dead too? Come on, when is America going to wake up? It’s as though we are the big kid on the block that every body wants to fight. We continue to tolerate threats from the likes of Korea, Iran, Iraq, India and Mexico. Now Venezuela? We must stand up, defeat these threats and say “Who’s next?” 

We have created our own demise. We are addicted to oil. We have to ask ourselves when are we going to stop being pushed around. Why are we becoming so apologetic for our very existence? We are reluctantly funding and paving the way for a socialist empire to take us over.

I am in no way a conspiracy theorist, but if just half of the socialist / communist countries wanted to hurt us and take us over we would lose the battle by population alone. Not to mention the traitors we have here on Capitol Hill opening the revolving door to our borders even wider with their amnesty agenda.

Chavez has warned Americans that he will unleash secret operatives / sleeper cells that are hiding in the U.S. 
A Central American based street gang called MS-13 is reportedly the most powerful gang in the world.
Chavez has spoken proudly about his ties with them and a million-dollar donation to Al-Queda. 

Paris Hilton being jailed isn’t my priority. Protecting my country is! America, you had better wake up.
Your government has already proven they can’t and won’t protect you. 

So in asking myself “my” value to Venezuela, I realize that I have one, it’s called $ 2.95 a gallon. Every time I pay it, the value of Venezuela goes up. You can wait until Venezuela freezes over before I give another penny to Chavez while he funds the future attack on my kids. Shame on you if you buy from Citgo.

One Nation, Under Men, With Liberty for few and Justice for None... 

Am I the only American left who does not care at all what happens to Paris Hilton? With all that is going on (going wrong) in our world today, I am amazed at how much press coverage we can afford to give one little spoiled party girl. I intended to be the only writer in America who did not write about Paris Hilton this week, yet here I am, forced to write about Paris anyway. 

Am I the only one left in America who is sane enough to see something horribly disturbing about these two headlines? US Court Orders Release Of Enemy Combatant From Military Detention and Paris Hilton Ordered Back To Jail… 

Do I understand this correctly? Spoiled little rich snobs caught speeding without a drivers license must do hard time, but members of Al Qaeda and enemy combatants must go free? 

To put a finer point on it, our courts, our justice system, has decreed that Paris Hilton is more dangerous to America than foreign terrorists plotting inside America to attack American interests through numerous equally devastating tactics. 

I’m sure some sniveling liberal will be fast to point out that Hilton has been afforded her civil rights of a speedy trial, which ended with a conviction and seemingly fair sentence, while all suspected terrorists sitting in Gitmo have been afforded no such favor. 

Must I point out that our constitution is not an international document, that our courts are not international courts and that our laws are not international laws? That our justice system in designed for civilized Americans not international enemy combatants? Or that our courts are no longer suited for jay-walkers, much less terrorists…? 

To the best of anyone’s knowledge, Paris Hilton is not plotting to destroy anything more than a good party, while those enjoying free room and board at Gitmo would like nothing better than to rearrange our continent and eliminate our entire way of life, reducing our population as much as possible in that process. Is our justice system now completely blind to the difference? 

Hilton vs. Terrorist is but one example of just how far off track our courts have strayed. This is the inherent problem with the rule of men, falsely claimed to be the rule of law. 

Aide to Vice President Cheney Scooter Libby, was sentenced to 2 ½ years in prison for lying to federal prosecutors about the role he didn’t play in the CIA leak case that never happened. He was off by less than 72 hours when recalling two dates upon which he did NOT disclose the name of a non-covert CIA agent, which was NO secret to anyone but Bush and Cheney to begin with. The courts gave Libby 2 ½ years in prison for that mental lapse. 

But former Clinton National Security Adviser Sandy “Burglar” Berger, while acting advisor to the Kerry presidential campaign, was caught stuffing Top Secret National Security documents in his shorts, stealing them from the national archives hours before his former boss was to testify before congress as to how 9/11 happened. Berger got NO prison time at all, instead a silly $10,000 fine and a temporary suspension of his top level security clearance, which by the way, will be re-instated just in time for the upcoming Clinton presidential campaign. Paris is doing time…Berger is working on the next Democrat campaign…? 

Our courts no longer represent a common sense rule of law, but rather instead, the rule of a few men, free to interpret justice as they see fit, limited only by their agenda and imagination. 

It has been long argued by those of the so-called liberal persuasion that our Constitution and therefore our laws are living, breathing organisms, free to evolve beyond their written texts via single minded interpretation and the whims of men cloaked beneath a veil of secret agendas. Our unalienable rights are being systematically removed by an unalienable oligarchy. Even congress dare not wade into those waters. 

Yet Thomas Jefferson wrote to William Johnson, in 1823. ME 15:450 "Laws are made for men of ordinary understanding and should, therefore, be construed by the ordinary rules of common sense. Their meaning is not to be sought for in metaphysical subtleties which may make anything mean everything or nothing at pleasure." -- 

Still, liberals have used judicial activism to interpret freedom of religion and One Nation under God as a secular nation under men, free from religious expression. They have misinterpreted an unalienable God given right to Life as less important than a man-made right to kill at or before birth. 

Now they use the law to get even with the little rich party snob that everyone loves to hate, while demanding “civil rights” and access to our insane courts for known terrorists intent upon killing as many Americans as they can manage to kill. They interpret at will, placing a good man in jail for mis-recalling a couple insignificant dates, while turning a national security thief loose to promote the next would-be president. 

Meanwhile, our no longer independent or unbiased press is busy making sure we are up to speed on every Paris Hilton moment, while remaining completely silent as our entire justice system elevates itself above the power of the elected government and replaces our republic with a self anointed monarchy of the courts. 

Beam me up Spicoli… Fire me up a joint, pour me a double and make room for me over at Tom Cruise’s Scientology commune… Get me a table with Mr. & Mrs. Sarandon. This country is just too weird for me! 

Somewhere in some God forsaken hell of a cesspool country halfway around the world and far from anyone who cares, some young American soldier died today fighting for the peace and freedom of others not yet able to fight for themselves. Our nation is under attack from every angle… 

Yet the press thinks the top story of the day is Paris Hilton? And our courts think Paris belongs in prison and known terrorists do not? 

What country is this and how do I wake up from this nightmare? 

Sanity feels much like insanity when you are the only sane one in the room… 

Am I all alone in my sanity here?

Enough is enough!

As I continue to search for positive issues to bring to the table, I want so badly to believe that the overwhelming majority of Americans will come together and say
"That's it, enough is enough. We're not going to take it any more."

Being politically correct has been so ingrained into our thoughts that we have forgotten and practically obliterated the 1st amendment.

The 1st amendment doesn't just apply to those who consider themselves underprivileged or minorities or even secularist groups. It is for all of us LEGAL Americans. 
We are so scared of what our neighbors , our co-workers, our pretentious so-called friends will think that we think one way and speak another in order to fit in with the mainstream media, to be cool, to be in the hip crowd. (Sarcasm). Anything other than that makes you a hate monger and surely to be ostracized at the local Starbucks with all of the other great thinkers. After all, if you're going to bring your laptop and sip a double latte while wearing your Birkenstocks and earth-tone colored pants you must know what to say in order to appear enlightened.

Here's some enlightenment for you! We are facing several REAL issues today in America.
No, it's not April 15Th. That's only for middle class working people. Or as Michael Moore puts it, "Stupid White Men."
I'm talking about serious stuff! Stuff like the jihad against America,the illegal immigration into America, The fact that a walking tub of lard (Rosie O'Donnell) has been given a speaking platform. Yeah, that sort of stuff!

We cannot afford to continue to sleep while illegal immigrants populate this country and demand that they have rights under a constitution that was conveniently paid for with the lives of brave men. Our tax dollars are funding our own dismantling. Our politicians are only concerned about one thing, the vote!

It is up to us to put a stop to this onslaught of the lowering of our standards by changing the way we live to accommodate others who don't contribute to the economy. 
You want to see reality? Take a drive to south Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, California, Louisiana...
Why should I have to press # 1 to speak English? I live in America, dammit!
If someone wants to move here legally and become a citizen, great! Learn to speak the language. It should not be mandatory for my child to learn to speak any other language just in case HE will need it!

I have had enough of cultural sensitivity, cultural diversity, and ethnic sympathy!
When I lived in Europe, I did not ask anyone to accommodate my language, to be sensitive to my needs, and give me free health care or to provide me rights that I felt I deserved. I did not then turn around and bash the country I was in but acclimated myself to it's standards.

America now has entire cities such as Dearborn, Michigan who have bent so far over backwards to accommodate the Islamic movement that they broadcast prayer five times a day throughout the town. They claim to have a population of some 40,000 Muslims.
I'd like to see what would happen if we were to broadcast the Our Father throughout a city. 
Sure, the Muslims would complain, but not half as much as the political left. Rosie O'Donnell would be on her steel reinforced soap box complaining about the rights of Muslims being violated. Do you think she would still feel sorry for radical Islamics after they castrated her, forced her to walk behind men, covered her face(what a favor), and did not allow her to speak? Oh yeah, I have a big picture of that whale being forced to keep quiet.

She is exactly what I'm talking about! What an example... she and the other morons like her truly believe that standing up for these terrorist puts her in an elitist, superior thinking group. They're even worse than the people who believe Al Gore's story about global warming.

I am willing to give up a city, any city, preferably New Orleans, and let all the superior beings move there. Then they can bus in (something of which they have great knowledge) all of the socially oppressed, radical extremist, secularist groups they want. Then they can spend their days singing Kumbaya and protesting against America, burning flags, and whining about all of the terrible things that the white male has done.

I never knew how stupid I really was until I watched The View.

I truly don't think that the American public realizes the seriousness of what is taking place in America today. Muslims read from a book that flat out states:
"Fight and slay the pagans whenever you find them. Convert or kill all nonbelievers" "Fight them until Islam reigns supreme". "Instill terror in hearts of unbelievers...cut off their heads and cut off their finger tips."

Well, I don't know about you, but I need my finger tips. Especially my middle & trigger fingers!

All Americans must read "Islam Unveiled". This should tell you what we are setting ourselves up for.

As long as we have fellow Americans getting on TV (The View) and spewing out filth
against our country we will continue to spiral out of control. They use their 1st amendment rights. YOU USE YOURS!!!

Use your 1st amendment to fight Jabadahut... I mean Rosie...
Use your rights to stand up and take back what brave men have died for. We cannot simply sit by and allow ourselves to become like Germany, France, Spain, Canada...

I normally would say, 'wake up and smell the roses'. But after what I just talked about, I think I'll just say coffee!

Sean's February Rant 

      Everyone who knows me, knows I'm no fan of squeaky, whining, sissified, Jesse Jackson huggin, tree loving, sandal wearing, Joan Biaz listening, LIBERALS. But recently, a defense attorney, I have to admit, I like, (Damn him) sent me an "E".   

He attempts to get a rise out of me from time to time by sending me stuff about corrupt cops and Republican faux paus... OK, OK, I get it!   I know that cops aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.   I spend every day fighting with them, only to make them better at what they do.  HOWEVER!  And this goes out to anyone who ever says, "Where's a cop when you need one"  They aren't in the doughnut shops anymore. Its half latte, half decaff, a twist of mocha-choc, easy on the white-whip and a rice cake.  

Whew!  Remember, Your the one who said to the officer, "Why are you giving me a hard time?  There are really bad people out there committing real crimes". 

That's right hypocrite's I'm tawkin to youz!  People love to find fault with the police while they justify their actions for being ignorant of the law.  Committing crime of their own.  And attempting to elude and evade the very laws that they voted in!   

Hello!!   Cops are human!  We (Cops) and everyone else, hold ourselves to a higher standard.  And rightfully so.  

If an officer commits a crime such as molesting a child, he should be executed immediately after conviction.  No questions asked.  Dead, bye bye!

 If we look at things in stats and numbers.  There are more clergymen, teachers, lawyers and doctors committing crime individually then there are cops. Katrina showed us that. There were 12 out of 1200 cops that did something bad.  Like stealing Cadillacs. But never mind the 1188 that stayed and risked their own lives to save the lives of others.  

We concentrate on the bad to justified our own ill doings. So, no matter how one looks at it, precedent is set and cannot be matched.  We all look for the opportunity to point the finger and say "Oh looky there, see, if a cop can do it... Oh they are the worst of all" Hypocrisy I tell ya!   Remember this. The very people who are FOR the killing of unborn children, are against the killing of a child murdering rapist. 

Makes sense huh? Typical hypocrites. 

But, no matter how you slice it, we need to be reminded that no matter how much education one possesses, no matter how one perceives themselves as a "Quality American"  If you are not strapping on a uniform everyday, putting your life on the line for your fellow man, taking the chance that you may not see your kids again after being shot by the "underprivileged" and because some liberal bleeding heart felt sorry for a piece of scum.  Then you have no room to complain about police. 

They are fallible as is the system WE as voters created. 

Funny how 90% of the people in this country that utilize the assistance of the police don't pay taxes and don't contribute to the gross national spending fund. The other one percent that calls 911 are the very victims of that 99%.  That 99% also do 99% of the screaming and yelling about what "their demands are". 

Screw them I say! 

If you don't pay taxes, you shouldn't have a say so. A reverse quote: "No representation without taxation!" Ha-ya-like Dem apples! Ya don't pay, ya don't say. 

My other favorite is this (National night out against crime) Hahahahah!, breath! Hahaha! Ok, riiiiight! How many drug dealing murderers were caught that night? HUH? Oh' please stop it, you're killing me! Crime March? haha! there's another one. Come on. Anymore chants to the likes of "The Voice of the people" I'm gonna hack up my Starbucks. 

Remember, the next time you get a traffic ticket. If your kid was at the school where you were speeding (60 mph) through the posted 25 mph school zone. You would be saying, Where's a cop when you need one. Don't be a hypocrite. And think about who your friends are before you call 911. A society that makes war against its police had better make friends with its enemy's. 

As far as Republicans go, I can only say 1/2 are idiots. Which beats 99% of the Liberals That's why we need a third party. CSPA (The Common Sense Party of America). Not that the Democrats are bad people either. As long as they are "Clean & Articulate" so says a certain Dem from Delaware. Ha, Try saying that one three times!

Our Government at Work

   A New Orleans lawyer sought an FHA loan for a client who lost his house in Hurricane Katrina and wanted to rebuild. He was told the loan would be granted if he could prove satisfactory title to the parcel of property being offered as collateral. The title to the property dated back to 1803, which took the Lawyer three months to track down. After sending the information to the FHA, he received the following reply: 

(Actual letter): 
"Upon review of your letter adjoining your client's loan application, we note that the request is supported by an Abstract of Title. While we compliment the able manner in which you have prepared and presented the application, we must point out that you have only cleared title to the proposed collateral property back to 1803. Before final approval can be accorded, it will be necessary to clear the title back to its origin." 

Annoyed, the lawyer responded as follows:

(Actual Letter): 
"Your letter regarding title in Case No. 189156 has been received. I note that you wish to have title extended further than the 194 years covered by the present application. I was unaware that any educated person in this country, particularly those working in the property area, would not know that Louisiana was purchased, by the U.S. , from France in 1803, the year of origin identified in our application. For the edification of uninformed FHA bureaucrats, the title to the land prior to U.S. ownership was obtained from France , which had acquired it by Right of Conquest from Spain . The land came into the possession of Spain by Right of Discovery made in the year 1492 by a sea captain named Christopher Columbus, who had been granted the privilege of seeking a new route to India by the Spanish monarch, Isabella. 

The good queen, Isabella, being a pious woman and almost as careful about titles as the FHA, took the precaution of securing the blessing of the Pope before she sold her jewels to finance Columbus ' expedition. Now the Pope, as I am sure you may know, is the emissary of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and God, it is commonly accepted, created this world. Therefore, I believe it is safe to presume that God also made that part of the world called Louisiana . God, therefore, would be the owner of origin and His origins date back to before the beginning of time, the world as we know it AND the FHA. I hope you find God's original claim to be satisfactory. Now, may we have our ****** loan?"

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. 

He promised: 

1.) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary, 

2.) That the participants would only have to pay 
1% of the first $1,400 of their annual incomes into the Program, 

3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year, 

4.) That the money the participants put into the independent "Trust Fund" rather than into the General operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and, 

5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.

Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to "put away" you may be interested in the following: 

Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent "Trust Fund" and put it into the General fund so that Congress could spend it? 

A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democratically controlled House and Senate.

A: The Democratic Party.

Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?

Q: Which Political Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants? 

A: That's right! Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments! The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it! 

Then, after doing all this lying and thieving and violating of the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away! 

And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens actually believe it!

Some Good Sense about Illegal Immigration... Think Our Wacko "Leaders" Can Comprehend it?

Dear Senator Frist: 
There is a huge amount of propaganda and myths circulating about illegal aliens, particularly illegal Mexican, Salvadorian, Guatemalan and Honduran aliens. 

#1. Illegal aliens generally do NOT want U.S. citizenship. Americans are very vain thinking that everybody in the world wants to be a U.S. citizen. Mexicans, and other nationalities want to remain citizens of their home countries while obtaining the benefits offered by the United States such as employment, medical care, in-state tuition, government subsidized housing and free education for their offspring. Their main attraction is employment and their loyalty usually remains at home. They want benefits earned and subsidized by middle class Americans. What illegal aliens want are benefits of American residence without paying the price. 

#2. There are no jobs that Americans won't do. Illegal aliens are doing jobs that Americans can't take and still support their families. Illegal aliens take low wage jobs, live dozens in a single residence home, share expenses and send money to their home country. There are no jobs that Americans won't do for a decent wage. 

#3. Every person who illegally entered this nation left a home. They are NOT homeless and they are NOT Americans. Some left jobs in their home countries. They come to send money to their real home as evidenced by the more than 20 billion dollars sent out of the country each year by illegal aliens. These illegal aliens knowingly and willfully entered this nation in violation of the law and therefore assumed the risk of detection and deportation. Those who brought their alien children assumed the responsibility and risk on behalf of their children. 

#4. Illegal aliens are NOT critical to the economy. Illegal aliens constitute less than 5% of the workforce. However, they reduce wages and benefits for lawful U.S. residents. 

#5. This is NOT an immigrant nation. There are 280 million native born Americans. While it is true that this nation was settled and founded by immigrants (legal immigrants), it is also true that there is not a nation on this planet that was not settled by immigrants at one time or another. 

#6. The United States is welcoming to legal immigrants. Illegal aliens are not immigrants by definition. The U.S. accepts more lawful immigrants every year than the rest of the world combined. 

#7. There is no such thing as the "Hispanic vote". Hispanics are white, brown, black and every shade in between. Hispanics are Republicans, Democrats, Anarchists, Communists, Marxists and Independents. The so-called "Hispanic vote" is a myth. Pandering to illegal aliens to get the Hispanic vote is a dead end. 

#8. Mexico is NOT a friend of the United States! Since 1848 Mexicans have resented the United States. During World War I Mexico allowed German Spies to operate freely in Mexico to spy on the U.S. During World War II Mexico allowed the Axis powers to spy on the U.S. from Mexico. During the Cold War Mexico allowed spies hostile to the U.S. to operate freely. The attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 was cheered and applauded all across Mexico. Today Mexican school children are taught that the U.S. stole California, Arizona, new Mexico and Texas. If you don't believe it, check out some Mexican textbooks written for their schoolchildren. 

#9. Although some illegal aliens enter this country for a better life, there are 6 billion people on this planet. At least 1 billion of those live on less than one dollar a day. If wanting a better life is a valid excuse to break the law and sneak into America, then let's allow those one billion to come to America and we'll turn the USA into a Third World nation overnight. Besides, there are 280 million native born Americans who want a better life. I'll bet Bill Gates and Donald Trump want a better life. When will the USA lifeboat be full? Since when is wanting a better life a good reason to trash another nation? 

#10. "There is a labor shortage in this country." This is a lie. There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of American housewives, senior citizens, students, unemployed and underemployed who would gladly take jobs at a decent wage. 

#11. "It is racist to want secure borders." What is racist about wanting secure borders and a secure America? What is racist about not wanting people to sneak into America and steal benefits we have set aside for legal aliens, senior citizens, children and other legal residents? What is it about race that entitles people to violate our laws, steal identities, and take the American Dream without paying the price? For about four decades American politicians have refused to secure our borders and look after the welfare of middle class Americans. These politicians have been of both parties. A huge debt to American society has resulted. This debt will be satisfied and the interest will be high. There has already been riots in the streets by illegal aliens and their supporters. 

There will be more... 

You, as a politician, have a choice to offend the illegal aliens who have stolen into this country and demanded the rights afforded to U.S. citizens or to offend those of us who are stakeholders in this country. The interest will be steep either way. 

There will be civil unrest... 

There will be a reckoning... 

Do you have the courage to do what is right for America?  Or, will you bow to the wants and needs of those who don't even have the right to remain here? 

There will be a reckoning...  

It will come in November of this year, again in 2008 and yet again in 2010. We will not allow America to be stolen by third world agitators and thieves.
